عاصم: "127هـ" هو عاصم بن أبي النجود، الضرير الكوفي، ويقال في بعض تراجمه ابن بهدلة، وقيل بهدلة هو أبو النجود، كان مولى بني حذيمة بن مالك من أسد، يكنى أبا بكر، وهو من التابعين. سمع الحارث بن حسان البكري، الصحابي، كما سمع أبا رمثة رفاعة بن يثربي التميمي صحابي مات بإفريقية وأخذ القراءة عرضا عن زر بن حبيش، وأبي عبد الرحمن السلمي، وأبي عمرو الشيباني. وتصدر للإقراء بالكوفة بعد موت السلمي سنة 73هـ. وروى القراءة عنه إبان بن تغلب، وحفض بن سليمان، وحماد بن زيد، وأبو بكر بن عياش وجماعة، كما روى عنه حروفا من القرآن أبو عمرو بن العلاء، والخليل بن أحمد، وحمزة الزيات. انتهت إليه مشيخة الإقراء بالكوفة، وكان يجمع بين الفصاحة، والإتقان، والتحرير، والتجويد كما كان أحسن الناس صوتا بالقرآن. قال أبو بكر بن عياش، وهو من رواة عاصم: لا أحصي ما سمعت أبا إسحاق السبعي يقول: ما رأيت أحدا أقرأ للقرآن من عاصم. قال عبد الله بن أحمد بن حنبل: سألت أبي عن عاصم بن بهدلة، فقال: رجل، صالح، خير ثقة، فسألته: أي القراءة أحب إليك؟ قال: قراءة أهل المدينة، فإن لم تكن فقراءة عاصم، وحديثه مخرج في الكتب الستة. قال حفص: قال لي عاصم: ما كان من القراءة التي أقرأتك بها فهي القراءة التي قرأت بها على أبي عبد الرحمن السلمي عن علي بن أبي طالب، وما كان من القراءة التي أقرأت بها أبا بكر بن عياش فهي القراءة التي كنت أعرضها على زر بن حبيش عن ابن مسعود. توفي بالكوفة، وقيل بطريق الشام سنة سبع، وقيل: سنة ثمان، وقيل: سنة تسع وعشرين ومائة في أيام مروان بن محمد آخر خلفاء بني أمية حفص: ولد سنة تسعين وتوفي سنة 180ه هو أبو عمرو حفص بن أبي داود سليمان بن المغيرة، الأسدي الكوفي، وكان يلقب بحفيض، وهو أعلم أصحاب عاصم بقراءته، فقد كان ربيبه، ابن زوجته قرأ عليه مرارا، وكان الأولون يعدونه في الحفظ فوق أبي بكر بن عياش. وكان ثقة في الإقراء، ثبتا ضابطا، بقراءته يقرأ أهل المشرق اليوم، قال يحيى بن معين: الرواية الصحيحة التي رويت عن قراءة عاصم هي رواية حفص بن سليمان. قال تعالى: ، وقال جل شأنه مخاطبا نبيه محمدا عليه الصلاة والسلام: . فالقراءة على مكث أي، بتأن وتمهل هي الترتيل. عن أبي شريح الخزاعي رضي الله عنه قال: ((خرج علينا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فقال: أبشروا وأبشروا أليس تشهدون أن لا إله إلا الله وأني رسول الله؟ قالوا: نعم، قال: فإن هذا القرآن سبب طرفه بيد الله وطرفه بأيديكم فتمسكوا به، فإنكم لن تضلوا ولن تهلكوا بعده أبدًا)) عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: ((مثل الذي يقرأ القرآن كالأترجة طعمها طيب، وريحها طيب، والذي لا يقرأ القرآن كالتمرة طعمها طيب، ولا ريح لها، ومثل الفاجر الذي يقرأ القرآن كمثل الريحانة ريحها طيب، وطعمها مر، ومثل الفاجر الذي لا يقرأ القرآن كمثل الحنظلة طعمها مر، ولا ريح لها)) قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: ((من قرأ حرفا من كتاب الله فله به حسنة والحسنة بعشر أمثالها، لا أقول ألم حرف ولكن ألف حرف، ولام حرف، وميم حرف)) قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: ((إن لله أهلين من الناس، قالوا يا رسول الله: من هم، قال: هم أهل القرآن أهل الله وخاصته)) رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: ((اقرؤوا القرآن فإنه يأتي يوم القيامة شفيعا لأصحابه، اقرؤوا الزهراوين البقرة وسورة آل عمران فإنهما تأتيان يوم القيامة كأنهما غمامتان، أو كأنهما غيايتان، أو كأنهما فرقان من طير صواف تحاجان عن أصحابهما، اقرؤوا سورة البقرة فإن أخذها بركة، وتركها حسرة، ولا تستطيعها البطلة... قال معاوية: بلغني أن البطلة السحرة)) عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: ((خيركم من تعلم القرآن وعلمه)) عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: ((يقال لصاحب القرآن: إقرأ وارتق ورتل كما كنت ترتل في الدنيا فإن منزلتك عند آخر آية تقرؤها)) قال السيوطي: "إن كتابنا القرآن لهو مفجر العلوم ومنبعها ودائرة شمسها ومطلعها أودع فيه سبحانه وتعالى علم كل شيء وأبان فيه كل هدي وغي فترى كل ذي فن منه يستمد وعليه يعتمد فالفقيه يستنبط منه الأحكام ويستخرج حكم الحلال والحرام. والنحوي يبني منه قواعد إعرابه ويرجع إليه في معرفة خطأ القول من صوابه. والبياني يهتدي به إلى حسن النظام ويعتبر مسالك البلاغة في صوغ الكلام. وفيه من القصص والأخبار ما يذكر أولي الأبصار ومن المواعظ والأمثال ما يزدجر به أولو الفكر والاعتبار إلى غير ذلك من علوم لا يقدر قدرها إلا من علم حصرها هذا مع فصاحة لفظ وبلاغة أسلوب تبهر العقول وتسلب القلوب وإعجاز نظم لا يقدر عليه إلا علام الغيوب."
