GREAT READ! – Desmond Gill - If you're a mobster fan, this is the book for you. There are dozens of short bios on mobsters, gangs, riots and natural disasters, some of which I never heard of before.

Especially interesting are the articles that took place in the 1800's, like the Civil War Riots of 1863, and the Astor Place Theater Riots of 1849.
